Update to the give-away mentioned in the previous post . . .

To make it fair, in order to declare an out and out winner, I'm requiring a more detailed answer than the name of a state.   A city or place name is required to be declared the out-and-out winner.  There are some clues in the pictures if you look closely and think about what you see.

Can you tell I really hope no one guesses correctly, so everyone has a chance to win?  A comment on the previous post is required to enter, and to win I must be able to contact you via email.
