It's not the end of the year - nevertheless I've decided to clean up my sidebar list of UFO's, deleting all those that are completed. It's starting to look jumbled and messy to me which means it's time for action. I'll also delete the one goal that I won't possibly reach, plus the other goals that I've already accomplished. I'm not sure why, but I feel the need for a fresh start/look to the list. I imagine most everyone who reads my blog is using some type of reader like Bloglines so they don't even see my sidebar anyway LOL!
Even though I read the latest post with Bloglines, I usually click to leave a comment, and I FREQUENTLY click again (or double click? - whatever) to get to the Home Page. ANd often I see things I've not noticed before - and yes, I DO look at the side bar, maybe not noticing what has or hasn't changed, but I DO look. Just thought I'd mention it.
You are very prolific! I like that FALL collection of blocks and the quilt that is evolving. 8-)
I'm with elaine! I read using netnewswire but do click through to leave a comment - and, I know this will sound dorky, but sometimes discover a much loved blog header has gone and think Oh! No! I really liked that quilt! :-) The number of ufos you have moved on this year has been AWESOME Patti! I'm utterly impressed :-)
I use bloglines, but I check the whole page out when I leave a comment, or just to be a stickybeak.. I love seeing how many things you have finished.. mind boggling how many tops you have ready to be quilted!
Actually, I was reading your sidebar a couple of days ago! Seeing all of those finished projects was a real inspiration to me, makes me think that it is possible for me to finish my million!!! :) Kristie
I haven't gotten to the point of using a reader yet, I like to see the actual pages - yes, it takes me a long time every day, and I'm in "catch-up" mode having been gone with no internet, but I do enjoy it! BTW - as I was catching up on your posts, I noticed that you look fantastic! Congratulations on sticking with WW! Cheers!
I'm with candace...I like clicking thorough the older posts. More continuity...my little brain can't keep all the bloggers straight unless I see their page!
I am afraid to see how much yardage I have in my stash. I wouldn't know where to begin even LOL!!!! I am hoping in a years time to have my own sewing studio in my home. When I do, hopefully I will be able to take better inventory of my stash. Although, I don't think I could stop buying fabrics either. At least this is a healthy and creative addiction LOL!
I frequently check your sidebar. If you still have the data you should post your accomplishments for posterity.
